1.How many days in advance do I need to book my outfit ?

No need to take a risk, as soon as possible is better, because each style has only one piece, it’s best to book in advance.

2.What are the return and cancellation policy ?

RETURNS : if dress didn’t fits you or the way you wanted, we will exchange the outfit very easily, just drop a mail to theindianshoppers.com

CANCELLATION : In case if you are not satisfy with your dress after receiving, then you have to pay 200rs as order cancellation charges

3.when I receive the dress, will I have to pay all the money at the same time ?

Yes the time you receive your dress, you need to pay full amount plus 50% extra as security deposit that will refund you within 48 hours.

4.How many days can I keep the outfit with me ?

We will consider extra 2-3 hours after your finishing period after it 50rs/hour late charges will apply.

5.How custom fitting works ?

we know how important the perfect fitting is, we offer free customization to our customer.

6.Can I alter my outfit at home

We knows how important the perfect fitting is, the Indian shoppers hires professional tailors for our valuable customers so you don’t need to do anything  by yourself, you just tell our team they will take care of it.

7.If anything happens in the dress, do I have to pay for the dress ?

We care for you, so it is your duty to take care of our thing. If in case a dress damage is found, the company will deduct payment from your deposit.

8.Do I have to dry clean or iron the dress ?

You just focus on the occasion, this is our responsibility to provide you hygienic and ironed outfit. Neither do you have to do anything while you receive a dress, nor do anything while you return a dress.

9.Can I trial my dress at your store ?

Sorry, the Indian shoppers is a completely e -commerce platform we don’t have any physical store so please choose your outfit very wisely because we do not provide any trial option.
